History
Abe Entner began producing a line of premium, handcrafted syrups in Peekskill, New York in 1922. Because of the innovative attention-to-detail methods he perfected, his syrups soon earned a reputation for their intensely rich and accurate flavor. In 1988, Abe's grandson, Allan Stuart, continued the family tradition of micro-brewing each batch by hand, following the same time-honored techniques that made the syrups famous.

Today Entner-Stuart Syrups produces gourmet syrups and other specialty products in Albany, Oregon. Our research and development department is constantly creating new syrup flavors and inventing new products. The commitment remains to making a superior product both in taste and quality. Each product is made by our highly trained team of experienced bottlers and produced in small batches to ensure excellence. We at Entner-Stuart Syrups consider ourselves a family that is committed to providing our customers with only the best, both in product and service.


What Sets Us Apart
At Entner-Stuart Premium Syrups, only the best ingredients are used when making our gourmet line of flavored syrups, sugar-free syrups, Chai Tea, and coffee concentrate drinks.

No coloring agents, natural or artificial are added to our original line of micro-brewed flavored syrups*. Additionally, all of our flavored syrups are sweetened with 100% pure crystalline fructose**. Fructose provides a clean finish on the palate, which makes it ideal for flavored syrups. Other types of sweeteners such as cane or beet sugar tend to dominate the palate and their lingering "heaviness" can distract from the overall tasting experience. Only crystalline fructose allows you to enjoy a full balanced flavor, without the sugary aftertaste.

During syrup production, our experienced and highly trained bottling team micro-brew each batch by hand in custom designed kettles to ensure each syrups' true, fresh, old fashioned flavor. For each ingredient used during formulation, accuracy is measured to within one-thousandth of an ounce and, after gentle uniform heating, the kettle temperature is precisely regulated during brewing to within one degree. This tradition and commitment to excellence is what makes Entner-Stuart Premium Syrups truly supreme.

Additionally, every Entner-Stuart product is licensed by the Oregon State Department of Agriculture, as well as Kosher Certified by the Kehilla Kosher Organization.

* Two of our newer flavors, Toasted Marshmallow and Buttercrunch, incorporate both natural and artificial ingredients.
** Sugar-free flavors use Sucrilose. (Splenda)
