Entner-Stuart™ European-Style Sipping Chocolate Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 oz. Entner-Stuart Blending Chocolate Sauce
8 oz. Milk
Combine milk and chocolate sauce and heat to 140°
Serving: 1 12 oz. cup

Entner-Stuart™ Espresso Mocha:
Ingredients:
4 oz. Entner-Stuart Blending Chocolate Sauce
6 oz. Milk
1 shot of espresso
Combine milk and blending chocolate sauce, heat to 140°, then pour over shot of espresso
Serving: 1 12 oz. cup
