Entner-Stuart™ Sugar Cookie Latte
Ingredients:
¼ oz. Entner-Stuart™ French Vanilla Syrup
¼ oz. Entner-Stuart™ Buttercrunch Syrup
¾ oz. Entner-Stuart™ Estate Gold Liquid Sugar
1 Shot of Espresso
10 oz. Milk

Heat milk to 150° and pour over syrups and a shot of espresso.
Serving: 1 12 oz. cup


Entner-Stuart™ Nutty Fudge Espresso Mocha
Ingredients:
¼ oz. Entner-Stuart™ Café Mocha Trio™ Syrup
½ oz. Entner-Stuart™ Hazelnut Syrup
¼ oz. Entner-Stuart™ Almond Syrup
1 oz. Entner-Stuart™ Blending Chocolate
1 Shot of Espresso
8 oz. Milk

Combine milk and Blending Chocolate, heat to 150° then pour over syrups and shot of espresso. Top with chocolate whipped cream.
Serving: 1 12 oz. cup


Entner-Stuart™ Chocolate Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
3 oz Entner-Stuart™ Blending Chocolate
1 qt. Heavy Whipping Cream
2 H2O Chargers

Combine heavy whipping cream and Blending Chocolate in a whip cream canister. Charge with two H20 chargers and shake.

Ingredients:
1 oz Entner-Stuart™ Peppermint Syrup
1 Shot of Espresso
10 oz. Milk

Heat milk to 150° and pour over syrup and a shot of espresso.

8 oz. Eggnog

Combine Entner-Stuart™ Java Trio™ and Eggnog, heat to 150°, then pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream.
